Terms and Conditions
First: Public policies
- When first enrolling, the focus of the initial sessions is on getting to know each other, building a relationship between the beneficiary and the service provider, and conducting assessments. This stage is essential for the rest of the intervention process. We also note that results may take time to emerge.
- The service is provided all days of the week except Friday, unless approved by the service provider.
- The service will start within two weeks of order confirmation and package fee payment.
- When you first join, the first 3 to 5 sessions are for assessment, relationship building, and observation, and the family is given the initial report before the sixth session.
Second: Obligations and rights of the seven dimensions
- The Seven Dimensions are committed to taking responsibility for the efficiency and performance of service providers.
- Seven Dimensions is committed to using all possible methods to provide maximum benefit to the beneficiary.
- Seven Dimensions is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of data collected about the beneficiary and the family.
- Seven Dimensions is committed to having all service providers sign a pledge to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the beneficiary and the family.
- Seven Dimensions is committed to overseeing the quality of service and monitoring the beneficiary’s progress.
- Seven Dimensions is committed to sending a progress report to the family within one week of the end of the subscription.
- Seven Dimensions reserves the right to reject a family’s request for in-center sessions prior to the start of subscription confirmation, stating the reasons, such as the unavailability of a service provider during the requested period or times.
- Seven Dimensions reserves the right to request that the Live Service Provider record video clips of the entire session or part thereof at any time from the beginning of the session until its end, in order to:
- Beneficiary behavior observation
- Intervention Evaluation
- Follow up on the beneficiary’s progress
- Service Provider Evaluation
- Seven Dimensions reserves the right to change its direct service provider at any time.
- The center is committed to providing a suitable and comfortable waiting area for parents during the session.
- The center is committed to informing the family of the presence of surveillance cameras inside the center.
- The center is committed to maintaining a safe environment free of hazardous and hot materials and tools in service delivery areas within the center.
Third: Family obligations and rights
- The family is obligated to pay 100% of the subscription fees for the sessions at the center in advance.
- The family is obligated to take the child immediately after the session and not leave him waiting inside the center.
- The family is required to be present in the center only during the session.
- The family must remain quiet in the waiting room during the session.
- The family is committed to ensuring that the beneficiary gets enough sleep and food before the session begins so that he can fully benefit from the session.
- The family is obligated to ensure that the child is clean before the session begins.
- The family is committed to cleaning the child during the session when necessary.
- The service provider may not be asked to provide any care for other children in the family.
- If the family brings other children, the family is responsible for their stay in the waiting area.
- The family is committed to cooperating with the supervisors and service provider to carry out some tasks for the beneficiary in order to disseminate skills and interventions.
- The family is obligated to disclose to the Seven Dimensions Center when a new medication is prescribed for the primary beneficiary or when the dosage of a current medication is changed.
- The family is committed to disclosing to the Seven Dimensions Center any new behavioral problem that poses a risk to the primary beneficiary, a family member, or the service provider.
- The family is committed to providing the beneficiary’s preferred foods and making them under the control of the service provider.
- If the primary beneficiary needs special materials and tools, they will be provided by the family.
- The family has the right to view the beneficiary’s plan and session notes.
- The family has the right to evaluate the service.
Fourth: Attendance and absence policy
- Families are allowed to make up for missed sessions if they are unable to attend the center once without an official excuse during each subscription.
- The family is allowed to make up for sessions if they apologize for not receiving sessions due to an official excuse, provided that the number of days not receiving the service does not exceed 2 separate or consecutive days during each subscription.
- The family is entitled to compensation for the session every time it is not provided due to the center’s refusal to provide the service.
- Families are not allowed to divide the time into more than one session without prior request from the Seven Dimensions Center management.
- Since service providers are tied to scheduled appointments, session time begins at the agreed-upon time and any delays made by parents will be counted towards the session time.
- The family has the right to receive compensation for an additional session if the start of the session is repeatedly delayed due to the center’s circumstances for more than 30 minutes without prior notice.
- Families must notify the center of their apology at least three hours before the session begins. This can be done via the Seven Dimensions Center’s WhatsApp. The session will be counted if the apology is received within three hours of the session.
- The center does not have the right to cancel the session after the family has arrived at the center without prior notification, except due to emergency circumstances.
- The center is committed to informing parents three hours before the session begins if the session is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances at the center or service provider.
Fifth: Cancellation and Return Policy
- The family has the right to cancel and receive a full refund 48 hours before the start of the service.
- The family is entitled to a refund of 80% of the remaining subscription value if the family requests cancellation after the first session.
- The family is entitled to a refund of 60% of the remaining subscription value if it requests cancellation after the second, third, or fourth session.
- The family is not entitled to any refund of the amount after the fifth session.
- The family is not entitled to a refund after two weeks from the start of the service.
