  • The beneficiary is not entitled to divide the time into more than one session without prior request from the Seven Dimensions Center management.
  • The beneficiary is entitled to compensation for an additional session if the start of the session is repeatedly delayed due to the center’s circumstances for more than 30 minutes without prior notice.
  • The Center does not have the right to cancel a session after the service recipient has arrived at the Center without prior notification, except in emergency circumstances.

Third: Behavior and respect for the therapeutic environment

  • The session environment must be respected and no interference must be allowed during its implementation, whether in person or remotely.
  • Audio or video recording of sessions is prohibited without written consent from the service provider and the service recipient.

  • The beneficiary is not entitled to a refund after the second session.
  • The beneficiary is not entitled to a refund after two weeks from the start of the service.
