Training programs:

• The full amount will be refunded within 3 days of payment if the training program does not start.
• 80% of the amount will be refunded 3 days after payment if the training program does not start.
• 60% of the amount will be refunded if the training program begins.
• Fees cannot be refunded if 5 days have passed from the start of the training program.
• Fees cannot be refunded if the participant chooses to pay the training program fees in installments

Home sessions:

• The family has the right to cancel and get a full refund 24 hours before the service begins.
• The family has the right to recover 100% of the remaining value of the subscription if a cancellation is requested after the first session.
• The family has the right to recover 60% of the remaining value of the subscription in the event of a cancellation request after the second, third, and fourth session.
• The family is not entitled to recover any part of the amount after completing 5 sessions.
